　　中微半导体设备有限公司是一家以中国为基地、面向亚洲和全球的微观加工高端设备公司，通过向全球领先的半导体和LED芯片制造商提供自主知识产权的晶圆制造方案，帮助他们提升技术水平、提高生产效率、降低生产成本。致力于向国内外半导体芯片前端制造、先进封装、发光二极管生产以及其他微观制程的生产线提供极具竞争力的设备和高质量的客户服务。中微的等离子刻蚀设备和硅通孔刻蚀设备已被广泛应用于国际一线客户从45纳米到7纳米工艺的芯片加工制造及先进封装，公司开发的用于LED和功率器件外延片批量生产的MOCVD设备也已在客户生产线上投入批量生产。
